On October 24, 2023, Community Health Care, Inc. introduced Epic, a new electronic health record (EHR) which gives you access to MyChart.

Billing statements for all CHC services occurring on or after October 24, 2023, can be paid using the new MyChart patient portal.

Billing statements for CHC services occurring before October 24, 2023, can be paid using the legacy 'Pay My Bill' link below.
***Statements for services prior to 10/24/23 have an Online Bill Pay Code. Our new statements do not have this code.***
